   • Refunds are only issued for eligible services/products as outlined in the service agreement or purchase terms.
   • Requests must be made within 7 days of purchase.
2. Non-Refundable Items
   • Digital products, custom software, or services already rendered are non-refundable.
   • Refunds are not applicable for delays caused by user-provided information or external factors beyond our control.
3. Refund Process
   • Refund requests must be submitted via our contact form or email, including proof of purchase and reason for the request.
   • Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days.
